Feeling intimidated about taking a class? Want to learn a little more about yoga? Been taking classes, but have questions about poses or terms? We offer this $10 dollar hour-long workshop which will have a brief discussion on philosophy, pranayama (breath), bandhas (locks), and take you through common asanas (poses) and safety tips. Everyone is welcome, it will be a very simple flow and allow time for questions and answers. First timers as well as those with established practices who want to learn a little more in an intimate setting are welcome. You can take this workshop as many times as you like. Pre-registration is required - no drop in's.
