Moving through Life's Transitions
Moving through life's transitions has got me sighing and breathing deep. Lots of yoga, meditation, journaling, studying, walks in nature is my healing method. One day at a time, one foot in front of the other is how transformation happens and we create space from what was, to what is, to where we want to be. Answers appear in the quietest places...and I watch myself unravel. Loosening the bondage. Finding liberation. It's the work of a lifetime..!
